Simple: What are your top 3 favorite and least favorite transformations?
I've never calculated a poll on my own, so I guess I'll try it. I'll attempt to update with the top 3 best and worst based on votes. (Because there's too many for a normal poll)
And I mean MP customization transformations, not Metroplex's or Bruticus' or Grimlock's rage Dino mode.

Worst: All of them because they're all cheating piles of flying metal everywhere.

Save for a few key scenes you can't tell what's going on. HMS intentionally cut corners making all transformations. I don't know how any could make a judgement on any of them; however, I do like the 180 degree hip rotation seen in G1 Optimus' transformation.

Jetfires. Holy shit does that take a long time to transform

But I WILL put in the ones that have a vote but are empty with no competition, not counting mine.

 

Best: Snarl

The rest don't even matter.

 

Best:

Brawl. Nice and simple. No distracting extra moves
Sideswipe. Same reason.
Preceptor. I get a kick when he uses his hands to transfer the scope/cannon from his shoulder to the top of the tank.
Onslaught. Nice and smooth and with a satisfying servo motor sound effect.

Worst:

Ultra Magnus. It appears to be rushed and missing some frames of animation. It flops around very unnaturally.
Demolisher. He's fine from tank to bot, but that spin around going into tank mode annoys me.
Swindle/Hound. To much bouncing and rocking. And a very annoying warbling sound for no good reason.

I freaking love that transformation. I thought it'd get old after a while, but though (Currently) 17 levels as Infiltrator, I still love it.

Oh cmon, as if no transformers series has ever cheated the transformation... at least some of them in the game makes a little sense, like warpath and bumblebee.

 

Yes, G1 Soundwave too. Everyone in G1 cheted.

 

Vortex's transformation's pretty weak. Onslaught, Swindle and Blast Off all have cool ones, while Brawl has a meh Transformation.

 

I don't know about that, the A/E/C series seems almost completely free of 'cheats'.

I think the "cheating" was basically done once they decided to allow custom parts. If you use custom arms and such, they don't really work into the alt mode anyway.

I think it'd be way too complicated to make every alt mode change based on the arms and legs used.

Frankly, I enjoy creating a robot with 8 wheels on him that turns into a 4-wheeled truck.

Zeta Prime (I like the peel-out thing he does)

Dislike:
Don't really dislike any of them really off the top of my head.
I don't really like Perceptor's because of the first bit where it kinda looks like you fold down the shoulder-cannon yourself.
I'm not a fan of Grimlock's either, particularly in 1p when going from T Rex to robot. The blatant mass-shifting/cheating is insane. Depending on the angle, it looks like either his tail or torso and head basically form out of thin air, sometimes it looks like both. Frankly, I know they were going to the awesome factor, but it's a bit too jarring for me.

 

From my memory, I think that claw was a laser projection. Sorta like a lightsaber, except with a paw.

...there needs to be a 3rd-party attachment for that.
