Is it number one or just one of the top ten? Hard to tell with no numbering. Though not a surprising list at all.

Just some guesses before I look.

    Hmmm...

    Environmental Holocaust
    Nuclear War
    Alien Invasion
    Zombies
    Meteor/Asteroid
    Disease (non-Zombie related)
... and I'm stumped after that.

OK... I was expecting a more quantitative list. I'm not sure there is any reason to their order.

OK, I missed the techo apocalypse (thought of it, didn't write it down immediately and forgot it), and I can't believe I forgot Satan.

And while I grant them the Apes (who had at least 2 movies in which they took over), I call foul on the Lepus. There have been a number of "animals amok" movies (The Birds, Kingdom f the Spiders, Food of the Gods, etc) and should probably be lumped together.

I would say, if we took them all by total number of films, they'd rank as follows:

    1) Environmental Disaster
    2) Nuclear War (could move to #1 if we count threatened apocalypses)
    3) Techno Takeover
    4) Alien Invasion
    5) Disease
    6) Undead
    7) Animal Armageddon
    8) Satan (threatens a lot, but rarely succeeds)
    9) Asteroid/Meteor/Comet
    10) Intelligent Apes

Has Godzilla ever really caused Armegeddon?

I had a good laugh at #1, Lepus. Heh. Terrible, terrible movie.

Meh, he's not powerful enough to bring about Armageddon.

Now, if the Exians took control of ALL of Earth's monsters, then maybe you'd have a case...:D

well the Apes didn't either, they just took over once humans wiped themselves out. if that counts, then kaiju should count.

Killer robots, Zombies and Apes! OH MY!!!!

I don't know which one of the 10 I would find more likely to happen in all reality, quite a few of them seem...possible.

    You got...

    1) Environmental Disaster
    2) Nuclear War (could move to #1 if we count threatened apocalypses)
    3) Techno Takeover
    4) Alien Invasion
    5) Disease
    6) Undead
    7) Animal Armageddon
    8) Satan (threatens a lot, but rarely succeeds)
    9) Asteroid/Meteor/Comet
    10) Intelligent Apes

    1) Very possible
    2) Yeah, we have the technology
    3) We will have the technology eventually
    4) We don't know thier intentions
    5) Very Possible
    6) Seems possible
    7) Maybe
    8) Possible
    9) Very possible
    10) Possible because of evolution

Wow, someone's sure pessimistic, aren't they? How do you freaking get up in the morning with that attitude? I'd put it more at:

    1) Extremely unlikely
    2) Somewhat likely
    3) Unlikely
    4) Extremely unlikely
    5) If anything, this is the most likely
    6) Not gonna happen
    7) Never
    8) Nope
    9) Unlikely (at least if we're talking about the foreseeable future and not millions and millions of years)
    10) Impossible

Huh? There wasn't any negative attitude whatsoever in my reply, I just didn't go into much detail over the fact that all of the listed are indeed a possibility, regardless of how realistic they sound.

    Why the attitude towards me?

Not really an attitude so much as a question, sorry it if seemed hostile. I mean... having the Undead come back and attack us is possible? I don't get it.

Have you ever been to walmart at 3am? Tell me zombies don't exist! :lolol

But seriously, a possibility that may be near impossible. But you never know. The strange things I have seen in this world, not to mention the strange things humanity create by accident. Wouldn't shock me to see caused off of something we did. Even if that sounds like a level of fiction...

Also, it is possible in a apocolyptic aspect. It was stated in the bible about the dead rising from the grave.
