Now I love me some crystal figures but it seems a bit much lately. Is it just me? I would really like to hear from the prime / convoy collecters on this.
It's Japan's anniversary and shouldn't happen too often. They love crystal so it's to be expected. That and black repaints.
I loves me some clear figures, the affair started way back in 2001 with the original Crystal Rodimus. Just be nice if we got some clear Decepticons to balance out all these transparent Primes.
It would be nice to see some decepticons in crystal. That roddy is on my priority list some where. It just feels like so many came out this year.
We need some Crystal/Ghost figures of the characters that died in the '86 movie. You know... aside from Prime and Starscream. Henkei dead Prowl.
I had a few crystal figures & sold them off. about the only crystal figure that really makes sense it the ghost of starscream crystal figures. If I had the extra cash,I'd buy the ghost of starscream takara henkei deluxe mold. then the ghost of starscream MP Starscream takara toy.
I like them. I don't know what the big deal is. Most of them are limited releases for a different market.
The only bad thing about it for me is it's made me tempted to start buying them. I've relented so far on crystal versions but the recent stuff has tempted me a bit.
Yes, sounds about right. Two sets of clear Spychangers, clear Autobot brothers, clear Prime & Magnus giftset. Can't think of another line with so many clear versions off hand right now. Also, I'd love to see Animated Prowl done entirely in clear blue plastic as an "Allspark Ghost" edition.
Yeah, I'd like to see a clear Henkei Mirage in normal colors. I wonder why Takara went with the black instead of blue?
Wow, I couldn't agree more. We get starscream's ghost 50 times, why can't we get the dead '86 movie characters. That would rock
