This was a little project I commissioned about a year ago, G-1 Bonecrusher based on a Tonka Mighty Bulldozer. A friend wanted this for his son's birthday, and I knew it would get some wear-and-tear...so I kept the original Tonka paint apps. Half the 'dozer was eliminated and replaced by scratch-built parts.

The realistic color scheme makes wonders. Have you made the parts with metal? That should be hard. Kudos to you.

Thanks! Yeah, there's a lot of aluminum flat bar, abs plastic, nuts, bolts, rivets, square plastic tubing, styrene & even a little wood involved. A kid would really have to terrorize this thing to break it!

that is pretty neat, man. I like the blade for a chest look, too.

Yeah, the original Bonecrusher's blade was flipped the other way, but I decided I wanted the Tonka name to be seen on the front of this one...

Amazing job! I would have so loved one of those when I was little. All the other kids will be jealous! "My bulldozer turns into a robot!" :p
