The lack of paint continues to disappoint. Would have expected at least some chrome or silver on the grill and smoke stacks. Still, looks like a decent enough little toy truck. Any size comparison shots with Cyberverse Commander Optimus Prime with Trailer?

I agree with you... for the price of the product, they should have metallic paint... i thought this is diecast... shoot, I can't cancel my order... it costs me like $20 USD... sigh...

I canceled my order. I was expecting vac metallization or at least silver paint on the grill and such. Now it just looks dull.

    Lame.

So let me get this straight. It's a die-cast metal car, but the parts where the metal would actually be showing -- the grill, the stacks, those side pods -- are all cheap-looking gray plastic?! That makes no sense whatsoever.

This is maybe the easiest TF toy to pass on of all-time. I thought a little die-cast OP vehicle would be really cool, but they went the extra mile to prove me wrong.

Thank you for the pics Masabon. I'm sad he doesn't look as good as expected. That grey is not something I expect from Tomica, I've always had a quite high regard for their tiny goodness :(

It's 1:59 scale, right? Thus it would be larger than Speed Stars Optimus.

So it's pretty much a RPM/Speed Stars with a trailer?

Have to agree. Very disappointed with this figure. Thought it would have a far better paint job on it. Definitely pass on it now.

welp, glad that my order didnt get through. as i am dissapointed with the dull plastic used as well. Id rather buy the Lawson Legends Movie fig which came out some time ago.
at least that transforms. Plus, Ive got movie Cyberverse Prime's trailer. :D
