Terradive looks really good and Tomahawk is cool as well. I have a soft spot for aerial Transformers and these are right up my alley.

The only thing I don't like about Red Alert is the recycled lightbar. That's one of the things I enjoyed about the Henkei version...the new molded lightbar. I do think the limbs on the Generations release look better since the Henkei just recycled Sideswipe's. I may pick it up to parts swap since I recently decided to keep my Henkei Red Alert.

Wow, talk about an exciting wave. Even Jolt is vaguely intriguing to me because I lack the first one, but still will probably pass.

I did notice and enjoy the similarities between Tomahawk and Josh Nizzi's "Longbow." I hope that mold is remade into a Decepticon, but I'll even pick up the Autobot version!

Terradive is perhaps the best movie "hybrid" yet, in that he really could have stepped out of the movie-verse, yet he's still humanoid enough to not rock the boat too hard with Classics (IMO). His melee weapon, as others have observed, is to die for. Only thing I don't like is the color scheme. (Well, and I wish he took more from G2 Terradive than the excellent name, but I'm certainly fine with it!)

Megatron and Soundwave rock my world. Especially Soundwave, as I can't tell you how much I've wanted a SW that is unmistakably the G1 character (the weapons really sell it) but with a more practical alt mode.

Tomahawk...pass. Not my style. (I'm just not that big on helicopters.)

Electrostatic Jolt...also pass. Except he'll probably be the only one on the pegs in pretty short order.

Red Alert for my G1 Redux collection...yes!
War for Cybertron figures...yes and yes!

When I first saw Terradive, I knew exactly where he belonged: as the fifth member (joining Mindwipe, Skystalker, Bludgeon, and Lockdown) of my Decepticon Blade Brigade!

I don't think Darkmount will fit the DBB aesthetic, but yay! After waiting for 24 years, I'll finally have a Lord Straxus of my very own.

Awesome wave. Might just be me but Tomahawk kinda gives me a Tigerhawk vibe. Love how Straxus and Terradive can hold they'll weapons with two hands

Wow. Terradive and Tomahawk look awesome. I'll be picking both up for sure. Terradive's trident weapon is just icing on the cake and, for some reason, I really do dig Tomahawk's design. I'm actually kind of surprised he wasn't named Cyclonus or Whirl given the very strong similarities between the other two characters, but an all new addition is excellent as well. Only thing I can think of that's kind of a shame is that Terradive isn't in his G2 colors, but I think he'll be going on my updated G2 shelf all the same.

In G1, Whirl, Sandstorm, and Rotorstorm were 3 different toys, but in MW and Universe1, Rotorstorm got recolored into both Sandstorm and Whirl, respectively. So, we got 3 Wreckers out of 1 toy. I wouldn't mind seeing that happen again with Tomahawk :p

Very nice molds, but I am not feeling that I need any of these, the jet is very similar to Starscream's animated form.

It seems like they are putting more work into the off screen characters.

Wait so this is the Generations not HFTD line?

No, Terradive, Tomahawk & Jolt are HFTD and Megatron, Soundwave & Darkmount are Generations.

Nice! Straxus, Red Alert, Tomahawk and Terradive are all bought on sight. Maybe on Soundwave and Megatron. Definite pass on Jolt.

    EEJ.

    Everything Except Jolt.

WFC Megs is precisely like the game. Soundwave.....words cannot describe. Even Tomahawk and Terradive which I wouldn't have given a second thought to are bought on sight.

    Time to start saving!

I want all but the Jolt repaint. I will call Terradive: "Brick" though, that way, I can ask him, "Did you kill a guy with a trident?!". But seriously, I am loving all those figs. They are just full of win. And Jolt is just...yeah, Jolt.

Um, just because I said they look like they can pass as Classics characters doesn't mean I don't like movie toys. You're making false accusitions.

I'm gonna be buying Leader Starscream, I'm gonna be buying Legends Ravage, I'm gonna be buying Battleblade Bumblebee, etc. I would have bought Devastator as well if he was still around.

In my case, and for space reasons, My movie collection is only limited to On-Screen characters. I only buy off-screen characters if I like their look or if I think I can use them in a different display.

So please don't automatically write me off as a movie toy hater just because I want to repurpose some of the figures. Sorry if you can't accept other fans ideas or methods.
