Except for the blooming, I feel that the cerebros pic is by far the best one of the bunch. It's so well lit (at least, Cerebros himself is) and realistically so, with just the right amount of proper weathering textures. Some of the others have a bit too saturated of colors, could be a lighting issue, I remember you saying you were using different things to simulate renderosity or something. But looks great. If you have gone this far in modelling and rendering, I wonder how much of an advance you made in the actual animation part. Looking forward to it.
The fella with the blue C-130 nose for his shoulder looks like that fan character Airlift...is that who I see in the pic? Either way, those pics look amazing. Can't wait for episode 2!
Those are damn hot. One thing I've noticed when I see a lot of TF models (not on this board, that is), is that they look rather bland and sterile. But these, definitely a very nice, dark and gritty look. My only criticism is that the reds and blues look a tad overly vibrant (especially on what I assume is Prime). Not a big issue, but it caught my eye. They might be that way on purpose though, so yeah... it's a personal preference on my part I guess.
Very nice! (Wonder if the Redemption Jetfire has the same 'interstellar armour' idea the DW one had, where the cartoon/comic Jetfire is underneath the toy shell...) Gary
