    I have known about this for 2 years now and ever time I look it up its pushed back again and again. I have just about given up on this film.

    I am a fan of the original H.G. Wells book and I think this looks pretty good. I like the idea of it being a sequel set in WWI

    For some odd reason I'm reminded of Xyber 9 when I watch that trailer. Not that it's a bad thing mind you.

    Heh, the steampunk-ish setting is pretty cool. The character designs aren't my cup of tea, but the vehicles look nice.

    lol it doesn't look bad. not great, but doesn't look bad.

    looking like anime, isn't a bad thing to me. as long as they're not trying to copy the anime sense of humor. that is usually where things fail to me.

    but american animation being influenced by anime, has always been a welcomed thing to me.

    because anime is often influenced by american animation, and movies. why not allow it to be the other way around?

    the only part that it really bugs me about the animation style, is the character design of that one guy, who looks like a simple farmer, turned air pilot/massive body builder! wtf? :lol

    They get all that technology from the aliens and yet they don't upgrade their planes?
