First Official Nick TMNT Preview Art! - The Technodrome Forums

    Other confirmed info:

*Don will be voiced by Rob Paulson and Leo will be voiced by a dude named Jason Biggs.
    *The show will be CG
*TMNT Adventures artist Ken Mitchroney will be a part of the production design team

Speculation also has it that the show will include characters from the Fred Wolf cartoon and the Archie comic, unlike the 4Kids series, which was strictly Mirage characters only until "Turtles Forever".

Don't even know why they bothered with the video. shows practically nothing. Not much to go on other than basic animation choice. Definitely not enough for me to make any decisions on whether to watch or not. Seems a bit premature to unveil something like this, especially since it's going to be, what, 16 months before it airs?

I like the Animation style, Looking forward to this.
I don't Like how they have given Michelangelo Scythes and Donatello a Spear. I would prefer if they kept it as Nunchucks and a BO staff.

    Interesting.

I like TMNT, but I think they should actually go away before they have a big comeback.

Mikey still has his nunchucks, though. They're just bladed now, which honestly, is pretty cool.

As for Donatello's spear....it's a bo-staff with a point on it. Nothing different....

Wait! Wasn't Rob Paulsen Raphael and not Donatello?

Other than that the 80's are comming back. So what's next He-Man?

well that happened in 2002 already so odds are no. But there have been talks of a live action movie for quite some time now.

Yes, Voltron has a new series, a live action movie (tied up in red tape by Toei), new toys, & possibly a game all on the way! Find concept art & more at Voltron.com.

Robotech has revived as well, though it's stalled Live Action movie is holding up the continuation of the new Shadow arc (Robotech: the Shadow Chronicles finally, after 20 years, showed what happened to Rick, picking up around ep. 84 through 85 & beyond, & how he fit in with/ where he was during New Generation & The Masters, but left his ultimate fate hanging again...), the next in the planned mini-series also has Shadow in it's name, but I can't remember what it is right now.

& I too heard about the He-man live action movie coming soon, but details are scarce.

The 80's are in full on "new comback mode".

& yeah, it's too early to even be showing tihs... A LOT of things could change.

Yeah, they just stuck a spear on the end of Don's staff (though a lot of martial artists would argue the difference between a spear and a bo-staff). Actually, Michaelangelo has a completely different weapon according to the picture. It looks like the kusari-gama. Mike was trained in a comic-canon prequel story on the kusari-fundo (I might be wrong on the actual specific weapon, but it was a chain with weights on both ends) before the nunchaku. Personally, I like the 'chuks, but there's still a year to go. The style reminds me of A.C. Farley. I just hope the animation isn't that awful cel-shaded crap like the Spider-man cartoon that came out a while ago.
