They just the exact same figures?

If they would have added some newness, maybe a little extra articulation, I'd be all over this. I still have all my old figures somewhere though, so no thanks if that's all they are.

Nope, these are straight reissues of the Version 2 (solid plastic head) figs. The only added bonus is the DVDs that are included with them.

Weird, I've got that Krang figure, it was one of the late run figures with a normal sized robot suit... why would they reduce it to an accessory? At least remake the bubble walker one.

Definitely need more info on these. How much were they? Are they virtually the same as the original 90s figures? Do you know if they're re-doing a lot of the figures, or just the more popular ones?

They were $8.99, and they virtually identical to the 90's release. Right now it looks like they are doing only the more popular figs.

The price tag is a bit steep, but considering inflation and a DVD packed in it's not that bad.

I've still got my vintage Leo but I may pick up this reissue just to show some love.

I still have all, yes ALL of my originals in a box at my parents house. If I were to buy, I would either keep them sealed, or just get the ones I never had, like April or a Foot Soldier.

Oh man, solid heads? Half the fun of the old turtles was squishing their heads :lol

Slash is a quality figure. He was my favorite Ninja turtle, ever. The samurai panda guy was pretty awesome too.

Wait a minute. 25 years? I thought Ninja Turtles started in 1987...

Anywho, these toys look radical. :thumb
