Such a shame that Quake is just a repaint, his headsculpt looks fantastic.

So hyped for Perceptor, Broadside, Topspin and Kup.
Krok and Quake look good and i'm coming to terms with the altmodes but similar to Getaway: they just seem like random installments in the line and we'll probably get them and their G1 teammates complete in a future toyline.

Broadside's "jet" mode cracks me up every time I see it. :lol

I wanted Quake when I saw the headsculpt. But now that I see the entire figure, not so much.

The reason I changed my mind is that the paint deco brings out the Hardhead mold's monkey arms and makes them look 1000X worse IMO. In the grey color, the monkey arms really stand out.

    What jet mode?

Titans Return Broadside's jet mode is dead to me.

I'll also add that Topspin is pure love.

They couldn't have done him any better. He looks fantastic.

Edit: Perceptor is amazing as well. Perfectly executed.

    Way to go HasTak!!

How did Hasbro get the whole headswap + redeco so right with Krok and Quake and so very wrong with Getaway? He looks like a non-finalised prototype next to the other two.

because the body shapes of the robot modes of KroK and Quake sync up surprisingly well with their original figures,

whereas TR Getaway has literally ZERO similarities with G1 Getaway:
He lacks the massive shoulder pylon "wings" (probably Getaway's most distinguishing feature)
he lacks the car back boots (technically he has them, but they're are backwards and upside down :p  )
he lacks the car cabin chest with the downward pointed front window
He lacks the blue forearms (reducing contrast)
he lacks the dark grey thighs and feet (further reducing contrast)
...and since most of Getaways accent colors came from his red windows, he is left with a very dull deco, enhanced by being a dull off-white (EVEN further reducing contrast) rather then a bright white

Basically, it was a very poor mold choice for the character. Why the didn't reshell Chromedome as Nightbeat/Minerva and Siren is beyond me.

I'm betting the Takara version of Broadside will have those tailfins pointing in the opposite direction. They did it with their version of Cyclonus.

I got my eye on brawn, topspin, kup, and perceptor. Topspin the most.

When do you think we'll see these on shelves? Transformers in my area still haven't recovered from christmas. Except Walmart, they got another shipment in of wave 2 deluxes and more cassette legends. Wtf. So much for getting anything new there.:spam

Man Topspin is sweet, as is Perceptor.

I love the Hardhead mold, but he wrists not so much, they look weird, and are what makes the arms look too long. But to me I am the opposite, while I'm not buying him, Quake being repainted looks different in a way, the colors make the arms no so bad. IMO he wears the colors well, I like him, I just don't need him.

You can fold the bicep up to shorten the arms for display and not even lose articulation when posing.

So are there any in hand pics of sky shadow yet? Seems like he hasn't received coverage like the others.
