the only thing bugging me a tad (which is largely hidden by the angles of the alt modes) is it looks like his dino head is just hanging off the back, rather then having any way to fold in/get wrapped around/something. Not a huge deal, but worth noting.

(my other initial nitpick of his feet being a tad boxy still stands, but also, not that big of a deal)

BRB, cleaning up the drool off the floor.

Metroplex and Fortress didn't do it for me, but I have to have this.

Straight up, he eats headmasters and that's cool, how much modding would I have to do to make him poop them?

I thought the same thing, as well as his hands just hanging off the back too.

If the inside is hollow, should be able to put a ramp in there so you could put them in as car form and have them roll down and out through the tail as a ramp. Would be an interesting play feature.

Any chance we'll see this at NYTF?

Trypticon's City and Battle station modes were always just lying Trypicon on his belly.

Ideally, lift tail ---> TM falls out of robutt. Maybe lift leg?

That's what I do. I ask the tough questions.

I'm not trying to stir up sh*t here, believe me....but I have to ask because you seem to have the same thought process I have with it, but with different outcome in the end.

How is this any different than what you originally thought it was going to be? ...and oversized G1 version.

Yay, there's at least a little bit of outward movement in the shoulders and hips!

I'm excited about this for sure. Full Tilt looks awesome too...I really want to see how this looks next to Metroplex now. I'm not going to hold my breath that they're the same height but even close would make me happy

Would probably suggest lifting the tail, would risk stability otherwise if you had to lift the leg. Either that or put a hatch that can be accessed by the side, or perhaps the weight of the car makes it open?

When it's released we need a topic devoted to giving it the ability to poop Transformers... xD

"I eat pieces of shit like you for breakfast" takes on a whole new terrifying meaning when taken out of movie context.

Well, if he balances a little on his tail it could work with the leg, but tail's probably easier. Could just be 'slightly lift tail to give butt door clearance, TM uses gravity to fall out. Though being able to tilt him forward and having them shoot out like a cannon would never get old, too.

I mean, Hasbro owns Nerf. They could make that happen.

Just saw the latest news on Trypticon. So now we're introducing cannibalism into the TF mythos? And also this may be the most accurate G1 homage outside of the Masterpiece line? Ehrmahgawd...

I was never crazy about this character, but the latest news has totally convinced me.

And I'm a baller, so I'm going to be opening my Takara version while sipping on Courvoisier.

If someone had said a few months ago how slavishly G1 this is, people would have bawked at them.

I buy very few mass release TFs these days, i skipped Fotress Maximus

But this one....i'm going as far as getting my hopes up.
