The Arms Micron line must have slipped by your radar if you think Takara hasn't used sticker instead of paint at times.

Well, the booklet also claims the Autobots were onboard a rocket, and the story begins four billion years ago and yet somehow the Autobots only remained dormant inside the volcano for "centuries"...

 

Oh well, since this isn't actually a Powermaster toy, you don't really need the pilots for anything. Heck you can also never remove the head, either, if you wanted on this guy, leaving Overlord completely self sufficient just like how some of us prefer him.

Anyway you have the right to complain but it's really pointless to complain this time because we can already assume Giga and Mega will be included with Takara's Overlord somehow.

 

See, I would agree that Takara Overlord would be de-headmastered if they had decided to do that with Sixshot, who can also ignore the gimmick entirely. Since they gave Sixshot a brand new headmaster, I would bet Overlord will as well, in addition to Giga and Mega.

 

In Masterforce series, which version of Ginrai scales along with Overlord? Super Ginrai or God Ginrai?

Masterforce didn't air in 'Murica though... so inaccuracies like that will just get brushed aside

Even back then it bothered me that Overlord's Energon figures were different to the ones with the Motorvators. Even then I thought they looked a bit Power Mastery.

Seeing the Japanese leaflets a year or so later suddenly made everything make a lot of sense!

 

My own guess is Giga and Mega will be included with TomyKara's Overlord (knowing through Sky Shadow that both molds exist), offering a choice of head/face in robot mode while the other stores in a chest compartment.

It would be funny if dual Titanmasters meant one would have a IDW-esque pouty-face. I'm sure that would probably cheese someone off.

 

I think it's a lot more likely Overlord will get a new mold Giga and Mega that's not a Titanmaster as well as an unrelated new Headmaster. They didn't settle on the Targetmasters being simple Headmasters so I doubt they will for these two.
