As much as I like this show, I wish they would GET ON WITH IT! Things could happen a lil bit faster...

It's very strange that Trypticon and Fortress Maximus do not shoot with their own colors... Which, in principle, contradicts the colors of the two factions of lasers!

I guess if I want to watch a show about Headmasters I have to go watch the Japanese series, or the 3-part Rebirth. That's very discouraging and all and any hopes I had for this series have concluded.

Trypticon always had the mind-control ability.

From his 1986 tech specs: ...and mind-controlling hypno-beam from optical sensor."

All in all, I can’t be mad at Dashie. I think he was miscast, though. He would have probably been a great Jazz. His voice just doesn’t fit for a hulking combiner.

We've actually had 90 minutes of "content". More than most animated movies.

I think the little 10 minutes blocks actually make this garbage more palatable. If you watch the episodes in sequence it is about as stomach churning as you can get. Optimus still did more damage to Trypticon with his Ion Blaster than every other character combined.

Just when you think it could be over and Fortress Maximus can deal the crippling blow, nope. Did that really happen? Yep, they went there.

Maybe they tried to make this thing such a trainwreck because people can't take thier eyes off a disaster.

Would you have Menasor voiced by Ricepirate/Mick Lauer?

It is interesting, even though I'm finding TR to be enjoyable as a free webtoon, that these shows keep consistently failing to display the gimmicks from the toylines they borrow from.

    What gripping drama!
Fortress Maximus and Trypticon meet on the epic battlefield that contains nothing but dirt and empty buildings and then shoot lasers into each other's lasers.
So many grunts and groans and they do no damage to themselves or the environment.

We don't get to see Trypticon transform -why would we want to anyway? It's not like this is a Transformers show.

    And Trypticon is Kirby now?
He can just eat someone and absorb their power?
Even after that character literally just said she couldn't use that power anymore?

Right? When Optimus told the Combiners to separate and attack I was taken aback.
Were the Combiners going to actually separate into the individual robots that comprise them? Now? Finally?
No, of course not. They just ran around by themselves.
If you had no idea who these characters were you would have no idea that they are actually combiners at all.

So far the only characters who seem to have done any damage to Trypticon at all are Hot Rod and Optimus -both with their regular guns.
And after Optimus's gun was super effective, he switched to his axe and then repeatedly struck Trypticon's face to no effect at all.

That depends, is Ricepirate capable of delivering the fantastic line of "They are going to built an ARMY OF COMBINERTH!"?
    Not everyone can do that.

It seems like the entire Prime Wars, despite being produced in dragged out chunks, will actually have occurred in about half a day. That just makes it even more underwhelming.

Now that I did not know. Though I think that could have been conveyed better in the show. Then again saying that now is redundant.

I just hope at some point we see some of the head masters? ? When Fort Max was brought in, that would have been the perfect time to introduce the autobot headmasters.

I would have Ricepirate voice Menasor in a Texan accent.
