Picked up Black Shadow recently and a mental list of potential repaints came to mind. Of course I went with the Dinobot one because oh I do love me some Dinobots.

Straight repaint of Titans Return Black Shadow along with the Clobber and Ptera Titan Masters and Titan Vehicles to resemble their Energon counterparts.

 

No f-ing way. Incredible! What an awesome idea.

What did you do with the head? Who's face is that from?

 

It's actually the Grimlock Titan Master. Painted the forehead to look like a visor and painted the actual visor yellow.

 

Ah, that's pretty neat. I thought it was Soundwave at first.

 

That is a type of genius I'd never thought I would see!

 

Wow. Now I have a want for this to be mass-produced, and there is absolutely no chance that would happen, at all.

This is some clean work, and a very clever combo! It's like War Within meets Energon meets Headmasters... fun stuff! Now if only he'd be up for a photoshoot with the Energon Prime and Omega customs posted recently...

 

so....much....flawless...paint how is this possible? did you have to do a lot of sanding or just strategic placement of paint where it wont rub?

I remember getting that Energon set when I was younger and was really happy about it. This is an awesome homage.
