simple headswap of Orion pax with clobber. The targetmaster is united pinpointer. I'll be getting shapeways arms from knoted in blue to complete this guy but he finishes up my autobot targetmasters. I'll have some better pics up later

Yea, it'll look even better when the new arms come in, shapeways blue is pretty close to the blue on his legs so I'm not planning on painting anything

Anxious to see the final result! That Clobber is indeed a very nice versatile head sculpt.

Agreed, glad you made those arms as I detest painting haha, but I'm excited to see the final result once they come in

And likewise Orion himself has a really nice headsculpt as well, almost makes me sorry to repurpose this guy but I found another use for Orion's head

I hope you're happy with the arms !

Btw, I noticed in the vehicle mode photo, you haven't attached the bicep swivel cover panels yet ?
The sprue contains 2 rectangular panels which cover the opening for the bicep swivel mushroom peg ( and each panel shoud position, centered )

Btw, would you mind if I use your pics as "customer photos" in my thread and on my Shapeways page ?

Was the hips on your copy a bit too lose, and does the truck bed not want to stay tabbed?

I stopped transforming mine and it's staying in bot mode unless I figure out why he won't stay tabbed in back there as a truxk.

Hips are a bit loose on mine, but the bed tabs fine after fiddling with it a bit

    Thanks !

I think the result looks good - the headswap and different arms give him plenty personality.
I'll credit you in the pics !

Sounds good :)  I need to future up the elbows a bit, other than that the fit on the arms is some of the best I've gotten from shapeways

Hmmm... odd how the different print runs pan out. So far, I've printed in white only - the elbow joint pieces are designed a full 0.2 mm wider to provide absolute friction - and as you can see in my pics, they hold even the Powermaster Prime rifles with ease....so I hope adding some future helps yours.

It should, the right just sagged when holding pinpointer, the left holds friction better for whatever reason
