heres my take on Titans return brawn, went ahead and made the body while waiting for the titanmaster to show up. He's made from mixing parts from a energon and 07 movie strongarm figure and a Titans return Nightbeat for the titanmaster port

I probably would have waited for the head to post, but you've got a good start there. If you want to remove that S7 logo, try a pencil eraser. It worked on a Movie Landmine I made into Kup a while ago.

I agree. Right now, it's more of a fan transformation. I would also consider lightening your photos and/or using better lighting to take further pics.

Just out of curiosity, how is this just a fan transformation? Not only did I swap parts to make the body look more like brawn color wise, but I also modded the figure with a titanmaster port making it compatible with all titanmasters.

This is true. The neck port, if you had to cut and stick it would be "mod". I was referring to just a parts swap with a recoloured version of the same toy, though; if it was just that, I'd say it wasn't a custom and just a distant cousin of a fan-mode.

Yep, had to cut and glue the titanmaster port, no way it would have fit otherwise. On the bright side my brawn is out for delivery so this guy should have his head today :)
