This is my first digibash, so any constructive criticism is appreciated.

Anybody else notice the similarities between the Action Master Megatron/Neutro-Fusion Tank and Titans Return Megatron? Well, I did and I decided to do a digibash of TR Megs into an Action Master inspired deco. The main difference other than the colors is the titan master. This being action master themed, it needed a Megatron to ride around in the vehicle modes, which called for TR's resident mini-megs, Nucleon. Lastly, while the vehicle modes and titan master were easy to figure out, the robot mode was a bit more tricky considering there aren't many (if any) black, green, and red megatrons running around, I was left to wonder, "How can I make this robot mode make sense?" Then it hit me. Why not make the a bridge between G1 and G2? The action master line was released around the tail end of G1 and G2 Megatron was also a lovely, walking eye-sore so why wouldn't it work? So I stuck the fusion cannon on his shoudler and changed the face sculpt to that of G2 Megs. All things considered, I think he turned out pretty neat looking.

 

He needs de purple fists of deeewwmm in his Titano Mastero mode..Still, looks good!

I have been asking someone to make this since I saw the designs for this toy first come out. It's definitely something Takara should do. In fact, more Actionmaster homages would be great, made from Titanmasters. How about the Optimus Prime lorry/jet action master set (red and orange?) from his triple changing version from TR?

 

That sounds interesting, I may go about doing that some time.

 

Nice idea. The turret even comes off like the jet/throne of the Neutro Fusion tank. Just needs the little wings.
