    Starscream trod in gum! :D

Horribly. And it's not stuff that'll fix with paint -- they're just not well-moulded.

Eh, not my thing. I'd just as soon have proper transformable toys than tiny little statues thereof. Only thing I'm interested in from this line is the War Within Optimus.

The WW Prime is pretty cool. Starscream is all wrong and Unicron is passable. Not a bad try, considering they're probably going to be quite tiny.

These look very disappointing so far. Only ones that look good to me, are Alternators Jazz and Prime....and I'm not a fan of BW, so Megs is out.

I hope they wind up looking better in the final product, though.

Eh, these things are all a pass for me. Not a bad try for some, but others look wrong and, to be honest, I'm not really into statues and these are essentially tiny statues.

Bring on the deluxe sized transforming Titaniums please!

From the back, they all look like they're bowling... Unicron in particular. :)

<Dick Vitale>Unicron's got it...he's taking the moon to mid-court...slides past Optimus Prime...AND AN AMAZING 3-POINTER FROM OUTSIDE THE GAUNTLET! UNICRON IS EN FUEGO, BABY! </Dick Vitale>

I think RandomFerrett's right with the squatting poses. That's the most embarrassing thing about these figures, in my opinion. If any of them were re-molded so that they didn't appear to be energo-constipated, maybe I'd be interested. Right now...I don't buy toys that appear to have bowel problems.

its hard to be impressed with these after seeing the 6" versions. but on there own they arent bad (still wont buy them though :p )
Prime looks a lil goofy, his hands seem massive
BW Megs..i like, but his stand should be a predacon logo not a decepticon :(
Unicron..actually suprised they went G1 with this one...i thought they would of chosen the Armada version
    Alt Jazz..looks fantastic
Starscream great pose and im sure the wings will be fixed

And from the front, Uni looks like he's playing basketball!

In defense of these, we are seeing them 2-3 times (or more) enlarged than what they are going to be in person. And maybe there are some limitations to the sculpting due to the fact they're going to be diecast? (Although, I don't remember any of the Star Wars ships having rounded edges where they shouldn't...)

I'll reserve final judgment until I see them in person, and I really wanted to like these too, but... Jazz and Starscream might be okay, Megatron maybe, Optimus... his gun looks huge, from the back he looks like he's wearing a diaper, and overall I just don't like the pose, and Uni... his body could use some work, overall just too many rounded edges, and , to nitpick, I don't think he should have a Decepticon symbol (or Autobot) for a base.

Starscream's wings are apparantly capable of flipping around, because they were correct at Toyfair...

Kind of sloppy that Unicron has a Decepticon base and it would be nice if BW Megatron had a Predacon base, but I'm not going to complain too much. I think the Titanium line may be something that looks better in person than in pictures.

Hmm... I'm a little indifferent about these. Since I liked the HoC/SCF PVCs, these should be right up my alley. But...

They don't have that "metal" look. They look too rounded. I mean, I know they can't get everything perfect at three inches, but some spots are just a little too simplified. And judging by the unpainted testshots, there won't be too much metal in the finished product anyway (Starscream and Jazz's torsos).

And then there's the squatting poses. Too many of these figures are in this pose, and it doesn't work in most cases. I would think leaders and Chaos Gods would stand more upright, in a stance that evokes power and authority.

Oh well, maybe they'll look better in person.

    I've reviewed the titanium images...

Finally, there's something TF-related that's worse than the G1 throttlebots.

I'll pass... and my wallet thanks me.

Oh, these are SO a pass. When are the transforming ones coming out? Now THOSE are what I'm waiting for.

Why do sculptors seem to think that making the character squatted up like he's constipated and trying to pinch it out is a good action pose?

They look pretty good, for what they are and their size. It's alot easier to make a convincing looking Star Wars vehicle in die-cast than a Transformer robot.
