I'm thinking of picking one up. Can you folks who have one tell me why I should or shouldn't get one?

He's out. I've seen several of them on the shelves. Just haven't picked one up yet.

Well... matters if you want a $15 statue. He's a bit lopsided as well with his jet nose being all diecast. But I love my Jetfire and I'd say get him.

I think I will skip this because from what I have seen so far, Classics JF $||*+$ all over him

The only thing I will say it's the down side is that his backpack/wings are not very well connected, the system they used are very weak, and it's in no way to compete with Ti Thundercracker, which IMO is the best Ti figure produced so far.

I leave the hand out. In all honesty, they're better than wave 1, but they're still not even close to what you'd call great.

He's not bad, but the backpack and waist joints can be a bit loose. If you've got the money to toss, go for it.

Just pop the tail fins off.

He can be a little floppy in the waist but I love him. He is spot on to the War With In Jetfire images, alt and bot modes.

It comes off just fine. Actually, I turn it around when he is in bot mode. It gives a closer look to WWI (who has it on the shoulder, it appears).

When you think about it price-wise, you can get the smaller $15 diecast figure with a top-heavy backpack now, or spend $20 on the larger all-plastic but sturdier (...probably, that is) and more complex Classics version.

Me, I'll definitely get the Classics version over Titanium.

Unless you can afford to buy both. Like I said above, I dig the Ti. He is far cooler than Ti Prime (my only other 6" Ti).

I like the design enough to purchase both despite the cost.

Wait for Classics Jetfire!!! I used to have both Tit. Prime and Megs., but was disgusted with Megs sooo much, he went straight back to the store after he fell apart for the first and last time. I have little love for the Tit. line despite the fun shortening of the name. Caveat emptor!

I like the Titans, and G1 Jetfire was my second Transformers (bought with the first, G1 Smokescreen) so I'm happy to have anything with Jetfire's name on it. I like his fist in the tail section as to me it looks like a hand weapon. Floppy a little? Yes, but not so bad as G.I. Joe Megatron.
