WHY DO I NOT HAVE THIS GUY YET?!?!?! 

 

I could be all sorts of out of planetary wrong, but something has always struck me about Fort Maxs headsculpt and heroic face that seems at least part inspired by this

 

I'm trying to come up with a configuration that takes advantage of the inner leg reprolabels little dude headquarters, but can still connect to Blaster and Optimus. I put the red guns on the central tower, but I don't have a home for the red frames they connect to. If I put them back on the legs, they won't sit flush..

 

Yeah, those red brackets are pretty lame and useless. I was doing this for a while:







....then for a while I was doing this with them, just so they served a purpose. (or a place to put them) lol

also, can that box on his left leg move back or is it just awkwardly hanging there?

 

Yes , the shin guns pop off, it just takes a bit of force. The little pod on his left leg just hangs there or can be removed .

 

Is anyone getting the adapted PE cannon that was originally a Warden accessory. I think it should finish him off very nicely.

 

So has anyone attempted to open up Fort Max and stiffen his ratchets? Would it be the same operation as Metroplex's?

 

All of his joints are the exact same assemblies as Metroplex's, so yes, it should work the same way.

 

Anyone have an answer? I was wondering the same thing.

 

Judging by the pictures I've seen, there are some that go in the same places as the official stickers.

 

Yes, there are a whole bunch that Repro replaces....therefore, you will be removing them if you already went with the stock.

 

So how are the ramps for everyone's Fort Max? Are they loose and floppy, or do they stay straight when you rotate the shoulder and you have to move it yourself? Mine are pretty stiff, and I worry a little about it eventually cracking the pin joint. There's no stress marks yet, but I see the plastic straining every time I turn the ramps up away from the arms.

 

The red part on the lower legs that the guns can be removed from can be removed themselves?

 

Yes. They just clip on to the leg
