This mold works really well as a female TF.

Good choice the are both a lot of fun. I recommend the reprolabels sets for both of them, be sure to check earlier in this thread they are making a second set for Optimus.

    GOOD POST DAY!
What, with managing to get Chaos on Velocitron for a decent price I caved and got the clone two pack. Of course, now I need Pounce.

    And yeah, this lad!

Hoping to get it up on Thursday.

Coincidentally I'm planning on posting the review then too.

I'm banned from the local pharmacies after the 'bashing the bishop' incident.
    Well, he had it coming.

Overlord is fantastic in hand! He really does wipe the floor with Skyshadow in every single mode!
But man, these three look GOOOOOOOD together!

So my first experience with any of the clones. They're neat. I'd argue they're much simpler toys than any of the Titans Return Legends class figures, but they still have plenty of charm.

  So pretty! Don't know if I want snazzy blue shades or the Shapeways IDW/G1 toy face for my shelf!

Are those thighs painted? I guess we now know how the Triggerhappy-originated parts are gang-molded.
Aw man, and I was just catching up on Wave 4 (and also 'Con HM Jr.'s, but that's another tale), Overlord just looks so exciting and I haven't got his premold on my doorstep yet! He looks surprisingly good with the Decepticon clones, but the best (thematic) match I've came up with for the Autobot clones is Perceptor (coincidentally also has a past with Overlord  ).

Kind of hoping for a ramp/shin armor kit for Overlord just to further him away from Sky Shadow, but he still looks great regardless.

Has anyone tried painting the Titan Master faces and how did that fair with the port? I could use some advice on the matter. The lack of paint details on recent ones is quite annoying and I am hoping to rectify that eventually, I just don't see how to make it last with that tight port fit.

His blue visor actually looks pretty good in person than in pictures, but I still wish it'd been painted red like the Takara version.

And yes, his thighs are painted, but only on the lower bit where it swivels.

I didn't even see that the hips were unpainted, that's a bit strange-looking (well, moreso if one pays heavy attention to it). I was thinking the biceps were gang-molded with just the shoulder joints, but now I see the hips are also molded with those parts.
The faces themselves are mainly recessed, so you shouldn't have much of a problem there. If you're painting on the actual head, things that stick out like head crests can get scuffed with basic insertion.

Paint's a bit messy on my Firedrive/Firebolt, but the only scuffing was on the head ridge.

Wouldn't call myself big, but I am the American in that equation.

I don't know enough of @barry's biases to throw a specific figure into this picture.

Yeah, the unpainted hips is a tad annoying, but not that much.
