The Triggerhappy family, minus Misfire. Why is it so hard to find Wave 5 of TR!!! IMG_2003.JPG IMG_2004.JPG All the Decepticons who had Beast modes: IMG_2005.JPG IMG_2006.JPG

I came across TR Slugslinger for the second time ever and decided to just get him. I already have the LG version, but I liked the color on the TR version after seeing it in person.

Now I’m debating whether I should track down TR Misfire to complete the set. I’m not too worried about it though. Too many other things to buy right now.

I have no allegiance to Misfire and don’t even remember him from the animated series. However, I really like Misfire’s color. Out of the trio team of Triggerhappy, Slugslinger, And Misfire I really wanted Slugslinger. I finally found Slugslinger on sale last month and I had Triggerhappy already. Never saw Misfire but I wanted to complete the set and bought him online for $35. So I got Triggerhappy for $15, Slugslinger for $9.84 dollars, and Misfire for $35 dollars. Misfire is the most expensive and hardest to find of the TR deluxe Decepticons.

Just love those tales where the rarest of the three is the cheapest. Like they don't know anything about transformers.

Within the last several weeks I started to see Slugslinger at Walmarts in my area. The first time I ever saw Slugslinger was middle of February and since then I've seen in at several other Walmarts in GA. Before finding my first Slugslinger out in the wild, I was tempted to buy him on ebay. However, I never saw Misfire at any of the retailers I frequented Walmart, Target, and Toysrus. When wave 3 of TR came out I saw Triggerhappy everywhere.

I too found Slugslinger at WM on sale, then Hasbro ebay had Triggerhappy very cheap, now I'm wanting Misfire too it's a racket.

It reminds me of a ship from exosquad.

I've had Legends Misfire for a couple of days now and it's really grown on me. I still think Triggerhappy is the best Transformer toy of the trio, but the elegance of Misfire is really working for me.

I was late the party and didn't have a chance to buy Bumblebee. I ended up buying him for $9 on eBay from a Chinese seller. I figured it was too cheap a toy to be a KO. If it isn't a KO, then Hasbro's QC is terrible. I'm hoping the seller can take care of this.

    Notice something wrong?

It's hasbros fault and not the seller, but the good seller swill just send you the replacement part (another arm only) for free or with your next purchase. Just ask them. It means they will lose a toy (nobody wants a toy with no arm) but probably want to keep you as a customer. The people I buy from tend to do this. If they don't, shop elsewhere.

No but some where in my house there might be a headless Bee. I'm out of town for the day so I'll have to look around tomorrow.
