I'm not spamming. This is general discussion. As for those that have not seen him, perhaps it is regional? I know ads on the internet are shown based on the users IP, so that might explain it. He shows up on those terrible mortgage and insurance ads on the right side of many pages. I see him on a daily basis!
Who decides what is relevant and what isn't? I have read some seriously stupid shit in general discussion. Why is it wrong for me to bring this guy up? I really don't understand where some of you guys are getting your definition of spam. From wikipedia: Forum spam is the creating of messages that are advertisements, abusive, or otherwise unwanted on Internet forums. It is generally done by automated spambots. Defining what is "unwanted" could get very tricky here, and it could lead to abuse by an unscrupulous mod. Do we really want that? I always thought forum spam was when some asshole posts advertising a great deal on Viagra/subscriptions/etc. If the definition some of you are using was truly the definition of spam, general discussion would be a ghost-town.
First time seeing him for me. Though I think it's borderline spam because you just asked if we're tired of seeing this old guy on the internet and a pic of him without any context whatsoever. You could have posted a pic of anyone for all we care.
