Maybe get a digital scale and also be honest in your descriptions.

Expect ebay to take fees for listing, selling, and paypal transactions. They get you coming and going. It's hardly worth it anymore.

    Ebay:
Look for already completed auctions to see what price you can expect to get for your item, and charge reasonable shipping.

and just so you know, when it's all said and done, about 15% of what you receive, including shipping, will go to pay ebay and paypal fees.

I'd suggest you offer worldwide shipping.
Folks are gonna pay for the shipping anyway so it shouldnt make a diffrence to you.
I've seen some great offers I would have bought in a pinch, only to find out that the seller only shipped to his own region.

You could try googling it and doing some of your own research. Other than that's it's pretty easy; take a picture, write a detailed description, and setup a length of time you want it to run.

If you do ship international DO NOT send first class, before I started offering priority only I lost about 15-20 packages in half a year.

And then later realise you can't ship anything legally to Brazil. Then you have to go online and read about other countries' import restrictions.

But you should first start by buying to get the feedback up. Some buyers won't touch someone with a low feedback seller. I know I won't, and maybe other buyers have strict rules about bidding like me, no idea.

But then you realise that very few people actually buy from Brazil compared to Europe, which is easy to ship goods to and from the US. I've sent and received stuff loads of times to and from the US in the UK.
