I just got a Commemorative Sideswide, and I've yet to apply his stickers. You see, I'm a perfectionist, and it's gonna drive me nuts if I put a sticker on and it isn't just right.

I read about the soap & water technique, but that seemed to be for applying REAL decals on actual cars, not stickers on little toys. Would it work just the same?

I usually use the tip of a scalpel for really small stickers; put the edge of the sticker on the blade, line it up, and then press it down carefully (towards the edge, to avoid any bubbles).

Be glad you didn't get the Sideswipe I did. ALL of the stickers were cut wrong. :mad  I am considering getting reprolabels down the road but for now he has a crooked faction symbol on the hood.

And Draven's scalpel trick works really well. Especially when I was doing stickers for my WST Dinobots.

I've got two pairs of tweezers that I use, sometimes simultaneously. Just go slowly, line it up, and don't tap it down until you're sure it's where you want it.

I use the small blade of my Swiss army knife, but otherwise I apply stickers the same way.

Yup, like what Draven posted...for me I use a pen knife or a smalle sized metal ruler.

Like Draven said. Plus, I'll precisely position and stick down one corner or point on the sticker to "anchor" it to the TF so that I can rotate the sticker around that point to make sure the rest of it lines up correctly, then I'll press it down.

I use tweezers, and my old man used to use the Scalpel technique on his models and my toys back in the day.
