Sometimes, you feel like a figure is near greatness, or even near perfection... but there's just one little flaw holding it back. Just an easy, simple fix. Maybe it's an addition tab, a missing sculpted detail, or some other seemingly minor feature. We understand that there are limitations to figures for budget reasons, but sometimes they could improve figures in ways that wouldn't cost a cent more, simply by doing things differently. Try to avoid things like "better paint apps, jointed fingers, the ability to feel emotions" and other such things that would cost more.

What comes to mind for me is Generations Thunderwing/Black Shadow: Make the drone's attachment the same as the guns so it can mount on the guns. There's just nothing for the drone to DO... it's a neat idea and i'm glad to have it, but just make a slightly more universal mounting point would've upped the play value considerably. Or hell, make the drone mount with a 5mm post and make the guns tab together with one as well.

Another one is Cyberverse Soundwave: his speakers on his arms look SO much like Powerlinx ports, I would love to be able to plug him into a Minicon post.

How about the feet on BM Tankor that are MOLDED to look like they fold up to hide in the legs even though they're actually one solid piece?

Including the Shuttle gun for ROTF Stratosphere. There is NO excuse for leaving it off.

Put Black Shadow's head on a joint system more like Drift and less like Animated Lockdown's. Seriously, diagional cut joint necks just look WEIRD. Except for Lockdown, he actually looks scary with a sideways head in some poses, and that's good.

Give RID Optimus Prime a proper energon sword over hand weapon, not something that he holds like Drift or RID Wheeljack.

RTS/United Jazz's chest locking in. That's literally the only thing wrong with the figure.

I wish there was a joint that allow the wheels on HA Jazz's feet to fold inward to fill up the gap in the back of his feet.

Making TFPFE Bulkhead's instep flat. Seriously, that random protrusion out of his instep fucks his balance so hard.

Movie Incinerator. Having the props rotate to the outer forearm and giving him actual hands would have made a TON of difference to me!

I feel like that's a major retool, a bit larger than I meant when I made this topic.

... I do agree, though. I think Hasbro does, too. Hence why they never redecoed the figure and did exactly that with Springer.

All of the Leader Class figures: Articulated hands.

Especially figures like Ironhide, Optimus, and Sentinel. It improves them all immeasurably.

Putting Universe Hot Shot/Henkei Hot Rod's car spoiler on his back kibble instead of his shoulders. World of difference in his articulation.

Heck, just put some hinges in the prop blades and he'd have awesome claw-hands.
