okay my random thought for today is pick a character from any transformers show and put them into a 1960s to 1975 aged vercal or anything else from around from there e.g.

    soundwave - a recordplayer

    what would be funny :D

Why just the 1960's?? I think a steampunk transformers universe would be amazing!

Correct; why stop at the sixties?

Reposted from another thread: my idea for WWII Transformers.

Optimus Prime (M25 'Dragon Wagon') with Roller (M-24 Chaffee); combines with trailer and Roller to form super mode
    Warpath (Soviet T-34 medium tank)
    Powerglide (Gloster Meteor)
    Jetfire (Lockheed Lightning)
Broadside (Essex-class aircraft carrier) with Micromaster Air Patrol (Vought F4U Corsair, Douglas SBD Dauntless, Grumman F6F Hellcat, Grumman TBF Avenger)

    Megatron (Panzerkampfwagen E-100)
    Starscream (Messerschmitt Me262)
    Lugnut (Henschel Hs-129)
    Blitzwing (Panzerkampfwagen V Panther/Focke-Wulf Ta-152)
    Tidal Wave (Yamato-class battleship)

I'd love to see a Transformer version of the Da Vinci flying machines. Wasn't one designed for a cover on the Hearts of Steel miniseries?

Hmmm Bumblebee as a classic Mini Cooper would be very interesting... :)
