You know it, that strange line we all qoute from TF:TM. So what does it mean for the transformers when they say it? It sounds like "the end" to me. If so, what end? Maybe the war, but after millions of years of fighting it seems it will never end. That means that they just keep fighting and killing till they are all dead. Ultimately, they become "one" with the matrix, thus they all become "one."

    ...man that sucks :drunk

I've had that same theory myself. Guess it would suck if everyone keeps killing each other until no one's left standing.

One race living and working together. No autobots or decepticons.

I think too many alcohols have spoilt the brain a little, I figured that one out 20 years ago.

    It means orgy.

    ...

I mean, like, it's a metaphor for open interpretation of a greater good, a greater reward, and a greater power that guides all Cybertronians towards a brighter tomorrow.

    Or mass death.

i could have used this :throw  but it was the wrong kind of "stoned"

anyway, i'd say they won't be equal unless they all carry a really big gun.

It's probably a reference to Cybertronian mythology. Presumably they haev an ancient story of how the world will end, and in the end they all return to The Matrix.

Was it "Untill all are one" or "Untill all are won"?

"'Til All are One." No 'un.

When all Cybertronians work together for a common good.

All WERE one at the end of the movie. They fought as one against Unicron. But then there needed to be a third season.

I always thought that it meant till they were all destroyed, all sparks joined together bringing back Primus to destroy what ever destroyed them, and revive them all to a new peaceful time.

1-I'm not sure about "all were one" at the end of the movie. Sure, Rodimus destroyed Unicron but before that he throw Galvatron to some corner of the universe and after that he left the 'Cons in Charr.
If in theory is like you say "ALL Cybertronians working together" then why the heck did he do that?

Besides I think the "Til all are one" is not only for Tfs. but for all races too.

I am pretty sure it is a Cybertronian type of religious statement in reference to The Book of Primus where all the Sparks of every Transformer join together as one(returning to their original state) and this prophecy appears to come true at the end of Beast Machines(which is in the the same continuity as G1 and Beast Wars). And once they become one, they are reborn into paradise(the techno-organic Cybertron).

'til all are infected with a Hate plague except Prime and some random nameless Quintesson, just doesn't have the same ring...

I suppose seeing as the hate plague makes you full of hate for everything, you could argue that all are one alone in a universe of hate....

I think it refers to all Cybertronians working together as one race, as in "'til all are one, all the battles are won and peace reigns".
Beast Machines had the most wonderfully twisted take on this with Megatron. If he'd won, all would have been one - they'd have all been him! Then again, Beast Wars & Machines introduced the idea of an Allspark, a place where all Sparks return to on death. That'd be the "one" retconned in. BM Megatron was shooting at becoming the incarnation of the Allspark towards the end it seemed.
In the original continuity though, as well as Cybertron and Armada, it'd be more literally all Transformers coming together as one, I guess. Cybertron's ending is the best representation of this.

I've stick with your reply...as for Prime saying he's going to the Matrix...I think its like to assure the rest of the Autobots that he's simply returning to the Matrix and not just cease to exist.

to me it means til all are one, as Decepticons and Autobots can live as one in a world of peace. To stop fighting because they are different factions.

The first time I heard it (age 6) I thought it was "To All Or One" .. and I was like, "Hey, that's a nice scapegoat. To everybody! And if that doesn't work, then to just one guy! YAY!"
