good point, and yeah i dont think to the under to place wings, and its a good idea since you can place large and long wing with all the place you under the car

I bought my first GI joe which is Matt Trakker as well. I had to get the same version batmobile cause of your custom, which is btw i was a superb custom! such a fun toy. I just finished painted mine five minutes ago.

yeah. me as well. i didn't add more yellow as well. i kept the "thunder" head lights silver.

Wow, didn't realize this thread had popped back up! Glad you guys liked mine enough to make ones of your own. That looks great, Seali-me, love the M.A.S.K. symbol. I've been thinking of doing the same thing, but haven't yet. In case you guys are interested in the stickers, here's the pattern I made.

Make sure to right click and "Save Target As" to get the good version instead of just "Save Picture."

Kind of? I have to get him exactly right in there, and he fits slightly better in the rear cockpit, but I can get it to transform with him in either one with enough fiddiling. Since I only have the one guy, though, I usually just pull him out to change modes.

I just got my Matt Trakker. That Thunderhawk custom blows me away. I'm going to track that car down myself. What type of paint did you use.

 

It's Krylon Fusion red. I love their fusion paints because they really do dry to a good, durable surface (though they do have a fairly long curing time). I've never had any chipping problems with anything I've painted with them.

I loved this custom so much and did one myself. so awesome. that top door always bugged me. anyone try to have it open and close without the mechanism?
