    Guys,

I'm looking into getting the THS-02 Convoy. But I can't really pin down the size on him. He looks super cool and I really want to add him to my collection. But I'm the kinda person who gets a lot of bang for my buck.

But, for Optimus ... I'll make an exception. And with Christmas coming up I'll need stuff for my wishlist.

So how big is THS-02? Comparted to Classics OP or G1 OP?

I tried searching and I can't find any good pics of him.

    Thanks.
    Cody

He's quite detailed with decent articulation but I was put-off by his size.

I think Remy's pic covers it pretty well, but here's one I did a little while ago-

Sweet picture, Orodruin! THS-02 Optimus would have been the perfect Optimus in my book if he was larger in size...the same size as G1 or Classics Optimus.

He is also a very worthwhile toy. I love my THS 02. He is especially fun with the Energon Gestalts as he is the perfect size to interact with them. You can recreate the scene from DW's G1 series where he took on Devastator single handed.

Of course I bought a Classics Prime this afternoon, so that picture is out of date already...

How much acn you get a RM Prime for and how tall is he? I didn't know he was so small, I thought he was the same size as G1 Prime, he's closer to THS-02.

I think he runs around $20ish, but you'd do better to wait for the Classics Prime/Megs 2 pack. That Prime seems pretty similar to the RM, just not as sucky. Probably bigger too.

The 2-pack Prime is about the size of a small Deluxe, as opposed to MR Prime being around Basic sized. However, speaking as a person who has handled both toys, 2-pack Prime sucks soooo bad. It's alt mode is awful, and it's robot mode has very little redeeming qualities. I would 100% buy a RM Prime before a 2-pack Prime.

I was unsure about THS-02 Convoy too, then I got to see him in person and bought him shortly after at Botcon. Totally worth every dime, chroner, yen, mark, or whatever currency you're using. Awsome toy all the way around, I'd recommend him to anyone.

Okay everybody, I'm really thinking about getting a THS-02 Convoy, I want someone to either talk me into it, or talk me out of it.
