    I have not recieved an email from BBTS for my THS convoy yet either?!? And now they have an open preorder again? I am going to have to email them.. this is redculous...am I getting one or not.

    Got my UPS notification tonight from Digital Toys, With Primus and THS-02 the thing comes out to 9 lbs!

    Well :p  to you all...i still have no answer from BBTS. I think an answer would be nice so I know whats going on with my preorder...its not like I waited a long time either...its been ordered since before the new year.

    i got the same email...and it looks like they wont be charging me anymore then the original 47.99. which is good...so i can wait...

    Yeah I have a problem with this.....I understand the whole supply and demand thing, but Wal-Mart or Target doesn't jack up prices in stores so why should an online retailer like BBTS go from 47.99 to 69.99?? I mean, all of my favorite stores (Sam Goody, Media Play, TRU, etc.) are closing down and soon I will be forced to either buy from WM or go online..Stuff like this is crazy....No one should have to pay double like this unless they've gotten into a bidding war on eBay or something......... :|

    I'm guessing the increment in price is because BBTS is paying more for each THS-02 they've been buying outside of their regular channels so they're able to fill the preorders.

    I suppose that if Joel manages to secure more stock at the original price, then the price would likely go down.

    Walmart and Target etc don't pay attention to toys like that. All they see is "Trans Cybertron Scout Assortment" and such. If one figure sells and one doesn't, they don't notice. And even if they do they can't really do anything about it. It'd be a waste of time to have employees go through cases, seperately mark up the new figures by making new tracking numbers, barcode labels, etc, just to get a couple extra bucks for like 6 copies of a new figure.
