The wings from this Plus classics ramjet= My version of classics thrust.

I have been toying around with the idea of making one for awile now,but the fact that thrusts old wings probally not working in the real world held me back. i saw this and knew i had to do it, so now i am.
Any words of advice or caution? any ideas you guys want to throw at me would be much apprecated as i know that most of you are quite talanted.

wip pics are up.still have a lot to do.

don't chop off the tiny wing piece that's on the guy's back, but grind it way down and grind the same place, only from underneath, on the model's wings. this will offer you more support than just chopping those off and attaching the wings straight to the connector.

He looks good, although I agree that his wings look a bit long. They look good in the alt. mode, but on his robot mode they stick out quite a bit... Still, a great concept, and he looks pretty slick none-the-less!

You've done some really good work man! :thumb

I don't really feel the need to echo the sentiment regarding the wings, as others have discussed it well already.

It may be the flash in the photos, but it looks as if the paint apps could use a little work in some places. I don't want to say much because it's just a tad hard to tell from the photos, but it seems as if the weathering you've applied looks just a tad off. Again, I want to be conservative in this observation because the photos don't seem to tell me the full story.

Overall, I'd say you've done a VERY excellent job kitbashing Thrust here :)  Keep up the good work, man :thumb
