I'm sure people have done this before but it's a WIP right now might be done in about 15-20 mins! I got tired of thrust not being able to use his head so I cut off the plastic holding the front part of his canopy on the fuselage and I'm going to glue it to the nose cone so his head can actually move up and look around and such.

All done, except for scraping or sanding the white plastic bendy cutty stuff off the bottom of the canopy. BUT I CAN SEE HIS HEAD.
So what colour should I paint his eyes, as they don't light pipe for some reason.

Painting eyes on him is more difficult than i thoguht. At least I'll learn something from this. Don't paint eyes on tiny deluxes.
This is before i touch up the reest of the face with black to cover everything I've messed up on him..

My recommendation is that if you're not satisfied with your turnout, paint more of the same! Practice makes perfect, bud :thumb

Thanks SuperSquad7, i think part of the difficulty came from my inability to focus my eyes properly after taking t3's for a badly sprained ankle and my sleeping pills. Also I need a tiny tiny brush that doesn't have bristles sticking out, and I live in a town with no bookstore, let alone somewhere to get modelling supplies. Oh well, does it look okayish otherwise? (He has such a small head for a deluxe)

    Who's SuperSquad? :lol  :poke

I think getting a detail brush would help your cause a lot. If your town has a Wal*mart, journey over to the craft section, as there are some good paintbrushes there. Somehow, I know this . . . . :D

Painting small details can be difficult, but I think you hit one of your problems on the head . . . when I'm sick or feeling similar to how you said you were, customs are off. I often times have to paint through hand tremors as it is, but sometimes you just have to deal with things like that. If you're able to sleep it off and come back more focused, that is always the best course :)

Yeah so I totally misread your name into some awesome Legion version of you. ..
Superquad7 Supersquad? :D  (Sorry 'bout that)
I totally hear you on the 'put the brush down and back away from the paints.'
Haha, I know it's not the greatest but I don't think it looks much worse than any Hasbro paint apps I've seen on some deluxes out of box. Thanks for the tips!

I happens to a lot. I always enjoy messing with those who get tagged. supersquads decrees it so.

Keep up the good work, bud :thumb
