...into video files that can be imported and edited in Windows Movie Maker?

My roommate and I wnet halves on a digital video camera, and it works great. Surpring quality, easy to use, damn near perfect. The problem is that it saves the video as Quicktime files, which makes them uneditablr with my current software.

I used to have a program that could convert, but that was many a year ago and has been lost. Does anyone know of a good one that's easy to use and preferably cheap/free?

    Thanks in advance.

I've used Handbrake in the past. No idea if it would still work the same though.
