    Also, remember that this with OOP figures - There will never be more of them in existance than there are today!

    It is unlikely that prices will ever go down unless a figure is reissued in any way.

    The fact is, especially in collecting, there is always someone with deeper pockets and with the TF movie it got the vintage figures a lot of extra attention...I've heard stories of some pretty high rollers (not just the usual suspects here, but celebrity level superstars) that have enterred the toy and comic collecting arenas...why is Action 1 so damn expensive? Because the last few sold to the likes of Jerry Seinfeld and Nick Cage...I don't know about YOU but my pockets certainly aren't deep enough to outbid them...and just like in real estate...if one house on the block sells for a crazy high amount...everything else in the neighborhood goes up :p  Some TFs have been bid to crazy prices and now the bar has again moved up...

    I miss the day swhen this was a nice, cheap hobby :p
