Wow, 10 pages of replies to this already. That speaks to the popularity of Fort Max. If this is a Fort Max toy, I'm totally in. I've never had one, and had been saving up for a vintage one. But if we could get a KO with a good box and a high quality toy, I would be all over that!

Where the heck did you get that idea? G2 typically refers to the second mass release of the original Transformers during the early 90s, mostly repainted, reworked and a lot of em clearly marked with the words "Generation 2"

Fortress Maximus, the Headmasters, Targetmasters, Powermasters, Pretenders and even the non US releases up until the late 80s/early 90s have always been considered G1

G2 was in the 90's... Fort Max was most definitely in G1. trust me. I was there. I had the mullet.

Your Idea is the new way of thinking! those of us collecting since 1986 remeber when the animated movie toys came out, and they were the threshold seperating the originals from the the newer less loved line. I still hold fast to that, perspective has changed with the younger crowds.

*Hides Madman dvd box of Japanese Headmasters, Masterforce and Victory that came in the mail yesterday.

NO! If you didn't crash land on Earth four million (and twenty seven) years ago, you're not G1!!!

What? Maybe reverse psychology will work, lol.
