It would be fun to watch if done right and seriously, but you know if it ever happened it would be childish, stupid, and just plain dumb.

I second having the guy who did clone wars to do it.

 

I could see it working, as long as it's done right. Would certainly watch it, if only to see how they managed to do it (jawdropping good or toe-curling bad).

 

Given George Lucas' seeming desire to milk as much money out of Star Wars as possible, it wouldn't entirely surprise me if this came to pass. Personally, I think it could be rather humorous if they made the show accurate to the toys:

- Boba Fett unable to stand up and with his arms falling off constantly.
- General Grievous' legs breaking in half every time he tries to stand up.
- Luke's arms sliding forward at the shoulder at inopportune moments.
- Chewbacca's sombrero of destruction.
- The majority of characters unable to hold their lightsabers properly.

Just imagine the comedic potential!

 

It'd be wild - although hardly plausible - to see the Star Wars Transformers used as "battle suits" (or some generalized term) for the heroes and villains in the Clone Wars cartoon. I know the cartoon is over, but it's the only place I can think of where these things would be believable.
