    So The Matrix was still active even thought Prime was in stasis lock?

    The Matrix is a seperate artifact and doesnt rely on Optimus Prime to be activated or not.

    B] even if, I repeat, how is the matrix going to warn Optimus when optimus was deactivated?

    The matrix can lite up and send all the messeges it wants, Optimus was off line and wouldnt be able to get them much less do anything about them.

    Maybe the Matrix could've revived Optimus and sent him to destroy Unicron when the time finally came. It is a mcguffin after all and I envoke McGuffin's Law'. :)
