Ultra Magnus, Bruticus (maybe swap out Brawl for Demolisher or Bombshock or some random tank-sounding name...), Windblade, Elita One, Chromia, Nautica, Swerve, Tailgate, Brainstorm, Cyclonus, Scourge, and Unicron.

 

While I'd love to see Sunstreaker, he should have been with Sideswipe, so I think he's out. I'd love for Warpath or Dreadwing to show up. If done well, they would be really cool. Windcharger is also a thought in my head.

I think Nautica would'nt work too good in movie.

 

I don't care which characters appear so much as how they are executed. Crosshairs wasn't a character I was clamoring to appear in Transformers 4, but wow was he awesome in the film itself. Then again, I like all of the robots in Transformers 4.

Punch-Counterpunch and Beachcomber would be my top two choices for the Autobots because they were both underused and interesting characters in G1, and their characters have the potential to bring new narratives into the films. Punch-Counterpunch could be disguised as a Decepticon or another evil Transformer. It would be interesting seeing the inner gears of the Decepticons or another villainous faction though the eyes of an Autobot. Beachcomber, if he were like his G1 self, would be a pacifist, and that's something a little different from the Autobots we have gotten, and I say that as someone who mostly prefers the more cynical, antisocial, and rough-around-the-edges Autobots.

 

I was mainly thinking more female Transformers, and since I enjoy Nautica as a character, she sprung to mind. If not her, then maybe Victorion. Then again, the Torchbearers would probably end up underdeveloped...

I think if they made the DJD the main antagonists of a movie that would be quite interesting. The monster/bug design I feel would really work for them.

I hadn't realized there was a thread for this.

Granted I don't know who or what this movie is going to feature, but an animated prequel to the live action movies featuring just Transformers sounds so appealing to me.

All I know is that this'll replace all the prequel comics.

 

TF7 needs Twintwist,Blaster,Springer,and Seaspray on the Autobots side.

The Decepticons need all seekers,reflectors,shadow raker,groundpounder/buster,and new guys including a
DECEPTICON TANK to fight Bulldog!

 

You know, if they ever reboot the series, I want Jemaine Clement as the voice of Starscream.

I would like to see Ultra Magnus and an Animated-esque Blitzwing. And Wheeljack. While Wheeljack was supposed to be Que in 3, they did not call him that, so they could very well use him in later films.

 

I just realized something, with all the stuff set up in The Last Knight, primarily in regards to their origins. All of this stuff could easily be fleshed out in this movie.
