hey guys and gals, Im pretty sure I saw this set for sale in Ebay ONCE a few years ago. It might have been the Hartman's. Anyway, does anyone know what that closed at? Anyone know what that set is worth? THanks
honestly its not as much as other unreleased G2 items since they did kind of see the light of day in Beast Wars 2nd line as Star Scream and BB. As for worth well in the low 3 digits I'd say but don't take my word on that.
The last one for sale was Tony Preto's (which he sold pre botcon). I made an offer of $1000 and he said someone had offered him more. The one the Karl Hartman sold went for $1500 or $1700. There was also a loose one that went for almost $1000. So it's worth way more than low three digits
the rarity of it makes it worth the ducats when it does show it's plastic TF goodness on ebay or a sales forum...they do not pop up that regularly at all....
good to see another cali rare/weird-shat collector. where in cali are you? DC, don't you own one of these sets or was it Hitch? i remember someone posted pictures of it awhile ago in the soc. group
