I'm not a big fan of that gaudy gold color. Check out those rims, though. It's like the pimp Cadillac of space.
Did you see the one they had on "Pimp My Ride?" They added a gold chrome grill and 61" rims! DAMN BOYYYYY!!!
Srsly, though, the pivoting wheels are really cool - the neatest thing is, in the videos, the center platform virtually never touches the ground. That's a really wicked design.
I bet a bunch of soccer moms will buy them and never even drive them on the moon!
Yeah, just to put their stupid moon groceries in it while they take their children to sports and dance lessons. Damn space soccer moms.
i guess you can't get more off road than the moon eh?
Good ole NASA. First they get a square peg into a round hole, and now this.
could use some sweet tassles.
This is what people think of when they hear 'SCIENCE.'
damn y'all. need to think before i post.
Awesome! I love the white and reflective gold look Nasa always has, but what is the actual scientific reason why every spacecraft has goldish metal or foil on it?
Gold reflects infrared (heat) more efficiently than silver or aluminum.
A spacecraft in direct sunlight with no atmosphere to disperse the heat would get very hot very quickly.
Looks like a giant lego loader
