As a forward for those who were looking at touching up their MP Sideswipes:

Not sure of any UK-available equivalent, but you guys in the know about paint will be better at figuring that out than me!

The problem with QuakeWave is he's not rampantly flying low like Radio-Shackwave does.

Not yours dude. Were they in the same knick? Must be common...

I was going to go the KO but i felt why not get the G1 if it's going to be around the same price, obviously with scares.

Anyone know of anywhere that I can get FOC Grimlock for less than £35-£40? I'm almost happy to spend that but would rather not if possible. Any help much appreciated, thanks :)

Check toysrus.com, a voyager usually ships at around £24 all in. (foc soundwave cost me that from them).
Dont know if they have are available for international shipping yet though so you'd have to keep checking.

Initial thoughts (obviously without seeing any real detail) are I'm more excited for this than Sideswipe.

This will be the test of the new MPs really. Sideswipe/Alert were OK, but there wasnt a similar Alt figure to compare them to. This looks like it handles the feet and lower legs better, but I am cautious until further pictures.

I dont think that it was long, but it depends on when Takara sends out solicitations and they can make orders, so they know how many they can get. I would expect that the first will go live fairly soon now.

Agreed. I was a little worried that Sideswipe would be a fluke, and that the rest of the car MP's wouldn't quite be able to equal what that mold had achieved, but even just looking at that silhouette...
Swipe. Prime. Soundwave. Tapes. Prowl. In just six months, the MP line has been able to release more unfiltered, unrestrained awesome than it has in the previous six years. It's an awesome but expensive time to be an MP collector.

I do like the look of prowl....this could be great... what would be epic is if they throw in a 'death' face from TFTM ;)

    Prowl is looking mighty fine,
But at the moment, Im more interested in the mp cassettes,
Was rumble/ravaged the first of the two pack set to be released?
I know one set was slated for Feb and the other for march,
Its just that both bbts and tfsource have mentioned it being pushed forward from march to Feb, does this now mean both due end of February?

I'm torn between MP Prowl and MP Smokescreen.

I've owned Smokescreen since childhood but didn't own Prowl until the reissues so have more affiliation to Smokescreen. All depends on what paintjob works best I suppose.
