So, turns out my 1000th Transformers toys picture is about Grimsy and Misfy and I couldn't be more happy about life being sometime like that.

 

One of the best combiners. Probably will stay that way for a while, since Pirhanaking is likely never to happen now.

(that 3rd party version of the seacons is getting a re-release though... at something like $300. No thanks)

Anyway here's tonight's pics. In the end at least one use of the mini leds did occur to me, but I'm not sure if my piddly phone camera is up to the job of this low lighting.

It can however cope with the main lights back on, and gives me the chance to play with a small explosion with an led inside. And Moonracer is, for some reason, terrified of Swerve's shooting.

Just got a video my brother made some hours ago, my niece playing in her bed with the Sackboy plush I gave her the other day, calling him "petit sack" and kissing him saying "that's for uncle."

Despite what i said when i got feral rex, my wife has said it's ok for me to get tr trypticon for £50 and put it away for my birthday. My wife is the absolute best!

 

GDQ return means another week with TR Soundwave buddy.

 

I think I'd like TR Brainstorm a lot more if there were some upgrade kit wings for him that were a better shape- longer and less swept-back.

It's a figure that frustrates me, because I love it, but it just misses the mark by a millimetre in pretty much every aspect.
