    ref Sunsurge - he does look lovely, but MY GOD is his transformation a pain in the arse! - car to bot is bearable because you're essentially exploding a Lambo, but squeezing everything into the right places going back to Lambo from bot deserves it's own circle of hell - Instructions don't help at all - but I suppose it's par for a BC release - I certainly didn't regret ordering MP Sunny ( arriving today!) - and was anticipating a massive pain selling sunsurge on - but he sold within about 30 mins of going up on ebay...

    I certainly hope you put this in the TR, CW and Movieverse appreciation threads.

    After falling in love with Wheelie and Gnaw, I've been trying to track down used Legends sized figures from CW/TR.
    Having realised how popular they are, I've just caved and bought a load of brand-new ones from Forbidden Planet, including Beachcomber and Skrapnel from POTP.
    Digging through my TF database, I realised that I haven't bought any Legends/Basic sized toys since 2010! I'm really impressed with the design and detailing on this new generation, they're a mile ahead of the 2008 Universe minibots...

    Now reading as 'Dispatch from outward office of exchange'. Might be worth checking yours, @motorthing

    This is how I feel waiting for Grimlock and Swoop to hit mass retail.

    Also, regret at not buying more of the poundshop robots for their swords. One just isn't enough for Slash.

    Indeed Sir, and with an eight-day head start we can stage a two-way tie for last place.

    Yay.

    1/6 scale MINIGUN..GATLING GUN.. FOR HOT TOYS TERMINATOR, PUNISHER FIGURES | eBay

    Not cheap but it's quality is excellent (I got the same gun with my Hot Toys Punisher).

    There's a huge selection of other weapons made by various companies out there as several specialise in military figures. Just put "1:6 scale guns" into an Ebay search and you'll be off and running.

    @Liokaiser1989,
    No problem!

    @Large,
    Your pics of Legends Slugslinger have reminded me I've got him on order from either Kapow or TFS Express so he might be my first bot of 2018! :)

    374 posts since I last checked in. Slightly too many for me to read through...

    Dodgy Chinese Slash arrived not 15 minutes ago, and has already been annexed by Mrs Toadimus. What I got to see of her was quite impressive though!

    I spent yesterday pricing a load of Transformers comics that were donated to Oxfam, including the Armada MTMTE guidebooks from Dreamwave and all of the Devils Due GI Joe/TF stuff, as well as most of the DW Armada/Energon comics, and the first (and only, just like the Tanith) issue of the second Dreamwave Transformers/GI Joe crossover. So if any of you happen to be in Stirling and are in need of them, drop in and buy them!

    I now need to find a paying job that lets me read, I mean sort, comics all afternoon...

    So questions, does anyone know if you can get chrome paint for models?

    I need a standard shiny silver one and a lightish blue one. Essentially on my Wei-Jiang oversized Nemesis Prime, I had to pry off the bottom of one of the smoke stacks to get them to face the right way, and scrapped some of the chrome off. Tried a emtallica silver model paint and it did not work.

    Also wanna touch up the small bits on my new Beast Machines Jetstorm if possible. Protected what's there with floor polish, but would like to touch up the little bits I can if possible.

    You want to purchase a Molotow Liquid Chrome marker. The results are unbelievable.

    Molotow Liquid Chrome Marker

    Ive used them to rechrome g1 toys where the result is indistingushable from the factory chrome.

    Very easy to apply too.
