Hopefully they'll have taken a good, long look at the original toy and ironed out as many of those issues as possible because at their pricepoint such things could be a deal breaker for me as well.

No. It was just a rehash of tfcon pretty much.
The only new things are Maas toys who did the Cybertron Bee are doing similar with Pipes, cliffhanger and now also Brawn. Not sure I like those.
There is going to be Tetrajet voyager starscream also. I tried to take a few pics but sure someone else will have posted cool ones already. All just renders etc anyway

    See above.
I took a lot of random pics around the convention and will try and post stuff tomorrow.
For some reason I have just this one on my phone.

So i got a set of white KO PE Hands/Feet for my CW Superion and felt a desire to put all 3 of my combiners together....I also decided to combine the 2 guns i made for my Hasbro PMOP to give Sky Reign his own gun. Apologies for the dodgy desk and background:

For those of you I didn't get to say 'bye' to at TFN.

    'bye' :)

It's been a blast, bearing in mind I was winging it by the seat of my pants it's great to be able to put faces to (screen)names and finalky meet you guys.

Bought too much, eaten to much bad food and am already looking forward to doing it all again....

Nice haul Azrail. Where are you? Don't believe I managed to catch up with you - unless we spoke anonymously... ?

Oh, a bad thing happened today. I blame @Sixo & @Maz for their pics but mostly @RevPeteW and my total lack of self control!

Hey @PAPY OPTI I just read about your hospitalization, I'm sorry man, and I hope everything will turn ok soon.
    Tous mes vœux, des bisous.

Aside note: Well, this new Gi Joe book isn't bad at all. Nice surprise while reading the trade (not that much a suprise since their Revolution OS was the only fresh part of that mess along the Scavengers one).
Couldn't manage to get interested enough to finish the Revolutionaries trade, so it's nice to get something a bit cool and I now really hope Aubrey Sitterson and Giannis Milogiannis can survive enough to tell their story. This has really potential.
Damn, after the wonder that was Scioli and now this, will I turn into a Joe fan ?

I've said it before, but it bears repeating; Titans Return has been a gift to the Decepticon ranks!

    Home again home again.

Robots. A Kapow package is on its way (this is a good thing) and hopefully that will include the overdue Bridgewatcher. Otherwise ...........

    image.jpeg

It's highlighted to me that MP10 really does have some odd proportions going on (much more so than MP01) and the thighs in particular are way too skinny and "off." And the gun is as pants as advertised - it will have to go - but otherwise this is a Voyager sized piece of wonderful.

And I really, really wish we lived in a World were Hastak would see the sense in making their own one, at this size and with this kind of production quality. And a G1 Line of Allstars like it.

Well there is no harm in dreaming is there?

Ok. So i spent a lot. Here is my haul. Met a handful of people. Sorry I didnt catch names. Highlight was evening in the bar wirh Bud Budiansky, Simon Furman and Geoff Senior where I learnt where Ratchet and Ironhide got their names. Spent some time talking to Mr 3p Spencer. If you ever meet him grill his brains about the toy making industry and process. Nick AKA Casey Stark is a character and got great plans for mayhem mekaniks. Got some awesome art work too which you can see. Finally really impressed by topspins transformation. Bit tired now....

Was going to post pretty much the same message! Great to meet people (including yourself), and apologies to those I didn't see to say bye too (@Loosecannon ).

I was aiming for the 'most modest haul' award myself:
