That was my thinking, back when I thought we'd get a Turbomaster combiner. Now I'm not so sure we'd get a new Helicopter mold if there's no one to share it with. Maybe we'll get a radically retooled CW Vortex for Spinister. Needlenose seems like an easy win to me, but then so did the Autobit Targetmasters.

Yeah, doing the maths on the deludes, it seems kind of inevitable we'll see something like that. Of all of the combiners mooted it's the Jazz/Inferno team that I'm least interested in.

Yeah, the initial Jazz and later Inferno has me wondering whether or not to go ahead with the more durable 2nd custom CW Bluestreak though, I mean with that straight up re-use of Hot Spot's bod just might we see a 'Swipe or a Bluestreak or even a Ratchet limb/s down the line?
MY WALLET NEEDS TO KNOW, HASBRO!!! *Ahem* I mean one fresh off the card deluxe is a looooot more economical that a £40+ Brake Neck!

To be honest though I think the problem with Scorponok is that there's no real size class that'd fit him - Titan is too big and too infrequent, Leader isn't big enough. In all honesty MMC should be working their arses off right now to get a Scorpy out before Hasbro.

Probably, but if the Terrorcons come to pass it'd look a bit odd for the first wave combiner to not have a 'preferred' configuration.

 

I'm wondering if it's not a set team as such. He can just combine with any of the deluxes. Possibly playing off that nonsense in the CW cartoon where he used the enigma to combine. We know the enigma of comibination is an accessory in the line somewhere.

 

Well, the first complete combiner of Waves 1 & 2 is the Dinobot one, innit? That's why I feel Starscream is in the Cyclonus/Galvatronus role.
Though it does seem to be that they will be splitting full teams between two waves based on the leak, who knows if we might get a couple more 'Con limbs for the ol' Air Commander?

I liked what they did giving us the Four Warriors completed plus Max by Wave two last time around. I don't like waiting around four, possibly five waves for the Dinos. That's going to be agony. Slugslinger agony.

And lighting a karma-candle for the idea of a Sideswipe and a Proper Bluestreak to put in an appearence too.

Saw the Movie Leader figures in a TRU, and while I'm not the target market for them anyway seeing something like that with a £65 price tag attached (not to mention £35 Voagers and £25 Deluxes) is a kick in the ribs. Do they really think we are going to sustain this Brand with prices getting that stupid? Which regular Kid is going to be able to see both of those in the current climate? And which Parent would want to stump up that much?

Very few I reckon.

They couldn't shift Leaders at £50 in pretty much all cases, which is why poor old Soundwave will be sitting in Old Kent Rd till the plastic rots, so what fucking genius thought lets chance it and chuck another £15 on top of that?

I think before the end of the year I finally will be buying some 3P MP figures, after 3 years of seeing some really nice bots, but nothing I would actually buy unless i came into some money, I am actually going to buy some 3P MP figures and I may even put aside my plans to get MP13 (especially now there are KOs on the scene) to do so. After finding cheap sources for Coolsville I then discovered a review for Zeta Toys MP Firefly, which just happens to transform into my favorite aircraft, the F4 Phantom, and considering they are both gonna cost me around £50-60 each I dont think its gonna be long until i pop my 3P MP cherry....and then god help me, after seeing all of your buying patterns I will be on a slippery slope...especially if I decide to complete the Zeta Toys Superion.

Does anyone know if PE are still doing their version of Godbomber? There was a silouhette shown ages ago and the only PMOP/Ginrai stuff we have seen from them is the LED Head/Ginrai and the transforming cab (which im going to try and get)

Edit: ignore me...was browsing youtube for a PC-15 review and saw their PC-18 Godbomber...I just wonder if it will be cheaper than Takara's
