This makes sense, it was a paper, rock, scissor situation. Small and maneuverable beats huge and uncoordinated. It worked for the X-wings against the Death Star.

They will always be the young stupid autobots, but their fighting skills will be more advanced next time around, I'm sure, so my answer, yes epic fights, next to Ironhide or sideswipe!

 

I agree to see if they were really fighters or not it would have been better to see them go up against a robot that seemed like more of a fighter. Devastator seemed big slow and only good for things like eating all our sand.

 

Devastator was covered in "small" machine gun turrets and mortar cannons for self-defense. Skids and Mudflap were under heavy bombardment the whole time.

 

I noticed that too. When he was lifting his head off the ground when he was near completing transformation I saw what looked like a turret full of missles in his shoulder.

 

The Twins should disappear entirely. It would be no loss.

 

I dunno. Maybe they should be killed and their parts could be used to make more rail guns. It did more damage to devastator than they did.
