Um did you read my comment on top of yours! Learn to read bro! They updated it after I made this thread!

 

The actors come in, do what they need to do, and leave. They record lines for EVERYTHING that could possibly be in the movie. The Twins might've been in the movie at one point, so they got their voice actors to come in and do the lines. After that, there is the entire editing process, they probably got cut out during editing.
