Voyager Sentinel Prime is 1/81 scale
( a real rosenbauer panther fire truck is 42.9 feet long and the toys vehicle mode is 16 cm)
Making his actual robot height somewhere around 45 feet tall ( maybe taller since the tires are smaller on the cgi model then on the toy robot form)

I have a request, can somebody do the legends class cars maybe? I want to see if they're in scale with deluxe Optimus and voyager sentinel , or even onager megaton.

^ I don't have any on me, but if they're around the size of a Hot Wheels or a Matchbox car, they should fit pretty well in scale with deluxe Optimus and voyager Sentinel.

    And if this helps:
Hot Wheels/Matchbox Cars (for the most part) : 1/64 Scale
DOTM Deluxe Optimus Prime : 1/54 to 1/58 Scale
ROTF Legends Sideways : 1/58 Scale
DOTM Cyberverse Crowbar : 1/73 Scale
DOTM Cyberverse Crankcase : 1/81 Scale

I want to thank everyone who has contributed to this project. Take a look at the first page of this thread; I'm pretty impressed with the number of molds that we've been able to identify alt modes and scales for. I think I'm up to date with everyone's inputs, but if I've missed something, please let me know.

Gotta say, I'm very glad this thread has lasted this long.

    Bonecrusher (Legends): 1/118 Scale
    Toy's Alt mode = 2.75”; Bot mode = 2.625”

    Robot Height = 310” (26’)

    Brawl (Legends): 1/110 Scale
    Toy's Alt mode = 3.5”; Bot mode = 2.75”
    M1 Abrams=384” (32’)
    Robot Height = 303” (25’)

    Blackout (Cyberverse): 1/222 Scale
    Toy's Alt mode = 4.75”; Bot mode = 3.25”
    MH-53 Pave Low=1,056” (88’)
    Robot Height = 722” (60’)
**Although a chunk of the alt's tail still isn't used in the bot mode, this Blackout would be a full 8 feet taller than the Voyager**

Assuming he is in perfect scale with Cyberverse Blackout:
    Scorponok (Cyberverse): 1/222 Scale
Toy = 3” from head to tip of tail
    Robot Length = 666” (56’)

Assuming he is in perfect scale with Voyager Blackout:
    Scorponok (Voyager): 1/108 Scale
Toy = 2.5” from head to tip of tail
    Robot Length = 270” (22’)

And just for hilarity, assuming he is in perfect scale with Voyager Blackout:
    Scorponok (Deluxe): 1/108 Scale
Toy = 8.25” from head to tip of tail
    Robot Length = 891” (74’)

Did you guys do Universe Silverbolt? Jet mode mode is almost exactly 10" long, and a real Concorde is 202 ft 4 in (61.66 m). That would make the original Aerialbots the largest combiner by far I think.

^That would put Silverbolt at around 1/243 scale. To put that into perspective, RotF's Overload and Hightower are at a somewhat comparable scale (1/232 and 1/257, respectively) and are Legends. So yeah, I'd imagine Superion would be HUGE.
As for largest combiner, I'm not sure. RotF Devastator's made up of 6 massive vehicles + the not-so-gigantic Mixmaster, whereas G1 Superion is made up of 1 ridiculously long but not very chunky jet + 4 average-sized (45'-65') jets. Devy's got a lot more mass to play with.

I would like to note that on tfwiki it says that primes "official" height is 32 feet , wich would make sense considering he was atleast the same heght as starscream in the forest battle and him not being totaly dwarfed by megatron in rotf and dotm so if anyone that has done a scale for prime please consider this for their measurements for example :For deluxe prime his bot mode would be 1/54 to 1/67 scale instead of 1/54 to 1/58.

Sorry, but the official height is 28 ft.
Here's a quote from tfwiki "According to the free trading cards from the Boston Globe, Optimus is 28 feet tall, weighs 4.3 metric tons, and his primary weapon is an ion blaster. (Considering Optimus's height, however, this weight would seem implausible.)"

And here's the ROTF official scale chart (courtesy of tfwiki):

I also have to add that we're determining the robot heights of each transformer from the scale of the toy's vehicle mode, it just so happens that in several cases it matches up with the officially released information. So yes, 1/54 to 1/58 scale is indeed correct for deluxe Prime.

Thanks for clearing that up for me, but I just went on telatraan 1 and it says word for word:
"Optimus is officially 9.75m (32 feet) tall, weighs 4.3 metric tons, and his primary weapon is an ion blaster. (Considering Optimus' height, however, this weight would seem implausible. However, it is worth noting that a Peterbilt 379 actually does weigh 4.3 metric tons. Make of that what you will.)"
So I'm not sure if teletraan 1 is lying but this seems pretty accurate to me, see for yourself.

Personally, I'd just go with what the official scale chart says; teletraan 1 doesn't exactly state the source material for Prime's height. I'm not too sure how much I would trust information from teletraan 1 as it's not as strict about keeping information as "correct" as tfwiki does, but YMNV. Unless there's official material stating that Prime's 32 ft tall, take whatever you get from teletraan 1 with a grain of salt.

I'd trust the scale of the vehicle mode to determine the robot mode height as shown in this thread.

Another special Botcon reveal edition...or Voyager Optimus gets some friends.
    Image from Botcon.com
    Shattered Glass Soundwave: 1/40 - 1/45
    aka Universe Ironhide / Ratchet
    Robot height = 21 ft
A Cadillac Escalade is 200-220" long, and Ironhide is 5", so his scale is somewhere between 1/40 and 1/45.

    Picture from Seibertron.com
Universe Inferno / RTS Grappel: 1/43 Scale
    Robot height = 25 ft

Inferno appears to be a type of fire truck known as a pumper truck, but he doesn't seem to match a single particular model. The cab portion looks like it's based on a Pierce design. However, looking at Pierce's site, the shorter pumper only models that are a better match for Inferno proportionally have only two axles, and the three axle configuration is reserved for the larger pumper/tankers.

Because of the ambiguity in length, width seems like a better option for establishing scale. Inferno is 2.25" wide, and a Pierce Pumper is 96" wide, so Inferno's scale is 1/43.

So far with Classics, it seems that in broad terms we have a car scale at 1/32, a truck scale at 1/45, a tank scale at 1/60, and a jet scale at 1/100. Interesting.

I think you may have gotten the lengths between the Rosenbauer Panther fire trucks mixed up; apparently Rosenbauer makes two different models of the Panther, a 6x6 which is what Sentinel Prime's alt mode is, and a 8x8 variant.

    Sources:
    http://www.rosenbaueramerica.com/media/documents/pdf/Base_6x6_Panther_specification.pdf
    http://www.rosenbaueramerica.com/media/documents/pdf/Base_Panther_6x6_Stinger_specification.pdf
    http://www.firebuyer.com/sites/default/files/Rosenbauer_Datasheet_Panther_8x8_HRET_GACA.pdf

With that cleared up I guess, here's Sentinel's revised Scale:

DOTM Voyager Sentinel Prime: 1/74 Scale
    Robot Height = 40 ft

Edited my Sentinel scale too (the Cyberverse one). Thanks for the correction, Quantum25.
